Intel Nokia to make Linux 3G HSDPA Mobile Computers

Move over Notebooks, PDA's and Smartphones and make way for new x86 micro-architecture and Linux optimisation which is set to fuse computers and communication into the era of quintessential mobile computing.

An announced collaboration between Nokia and Intel is expected bring about a long term business relationship that will witness the development a new class of futuristic mobile device that will go beyond anything in today's market.

Fundamentally, the two leaders in computing and communication technologies will explore new shapes, materials, designs and displays and produce a new mobile device. This could primarily revolve around the x86 platform and the benefits that Linux will bring to the equation and Nokia's 3G HSDPA technology.
