'Standard' aka Brick, Slab, or Candy Bar. Standard mainly combines the Keypad and Screen all into one interface.
Slide
The Slide style refers to Mobile Phones that use two or more sections which are connected by a sliding hinge.
Flip
A Flip Mobile Phone, aka Clamshell, is usually separated by two sections which are joined by a folding hinge.

Mobile Phones that essentially provide a 'Touchscreen' interface opposed to a traditional push button keypad.
