Similar to the rumours surrounding Apple's possible launch of their trio of iPhone devices, Samsung too have had rumours connecting them to a three-device launch with their next iterations in the Galaxy Series.
A report by The Bell has "revealed" possible news on the three different Galaxy devices. While they each have differences in size and features, rumours at the moment have suggested that all three variants will get the Touch-on-Display fingerprint security feature. There was also the report that some, if not all the devices, will also contain 3D facial-recognition which will be replacing their current iris-scanning technology.
CNET reported via Korea Herald that we may get our first glimpse of the Samsung Galaxy S10 as soon as January 2019! An early reveal for the S10 sounds plausible if Samsung want to reveal their flip phone for Mobile World Congress (MWC) a month later in February, as rumours suggest.
According to the rumours, there will be an entry-level variant of the Galaxy S10. Though no specifications have been rumoured as of yet, it is said that this device will have a 5-inch display with a flat screen. However, a different report has the entry-level device to also be at 5.8 inches, which conflicts with the later reports of it coming in at 5 inches, so it remains to be seen which size dimensions Samsung goes with. Due to the entry-level offering, is also rumoured to contain a single-rear camera.
This will probably be the standard Galaxy offering, and reports have the screen size at being 5.8 inches. This device will also have a dual-rear camera setup.
CNET also report that this device will also contain a front-facing camera with 3D scanning technology.
This device is rumoured to be the huge mobile phone offering that will not only feature the largest screen display in the Galaxy series thus far, but it is also rumoured to contain the triple-rear camera setup seen on Huawei's P20 Pro. The display in question is also pegged to be at 6.44 inches.
Take all of these rumours with a grain of salt as these things can change right up until the official announcement of the mobile phone or devices.
