LG KC910 Renoir Multimedia Functionality Review Video

The 8 megapixel camera is the show piece of the Renoir. Perhaps not entirely number one for quality but it is still very good. It has all the goodies onboard such as auto-focus with face and blink detection, a macro shooting mode, adjustable image sensitivity and digital image stabilisation. Complimenting the camera is a video shooting mode that captures 120 frames per second and incorporates slow and fast motion editing settings. We watched a movie preview and we found the video playback quality quite amazing really, sharp, crisp with a nice definition. Having DivX and XviD support certainly adds value by increasing your video file type selection options. As for Audio, although there are no sound equalizer settings, thanks to LG teaming up with Dolby, the Dolby Mobile component still served us well as it produced very good quality audio through both the headphone and loudspeaker options. The only shortcomings we faced was the odd media file (on this occasion mp3) that locked up which resulted in a restart. This is probably an isolated incident as we played quite a few files.
